Welcome to my website providing online mentoring services to mentees in respect of the BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting Degree. By using the services available, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Mentoring Services: I provide online mentoring services to help mentees achieve success in their BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting Degree. Our services include one-on-one mentoring, study materials, and career development advice.

Payment: Our fees for mentoring services are clearly stated on our website. Payment for services is due 50% in advance and 50% halfway of each of the services opted. We accept payment through bank transfer or PayPal. Details will be share with actual clients.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a mentoring session, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged for the session.

Confidentiality: All information shared during mentoring sessions is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property: All content provided by us, including study materials, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties: We do not guarantee the success of mentees in their BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting Degree, as this depends on various factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by the mentee for the relevant services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
